Azzyland is an internet-based Canadian celebrity who also works as cosplay artist and gamer. The website has 13.4 million subscribers. After becoming famous on the internet she tried her host skills. Today, she is among the top presenters at the annual YouTube show Before They Were Famous. As a gamer she is very closely linked to the renowned video game series The Legend of Zelda. Azzyland has set a new record for web twerking, by working all day long. She also has over two million Instagram followers. Azzyland then filmed all her costumes and uploaded them on her YouTube channel which she set up to post her cosplay videos. Azzyland made a lot of money with her videos. When she was made an official cosplay, Azzyland was spotted at various conventions across the world. McCrudden interviewed her following being intrigued by her fame immediately. McCrudden was impressed by her ability to be attractive when in front of cameras during the interview. McCrudden then suggested that he have her host his program on Youtube Before They Were Famous. The beginning days of hosting for Azzyland were full of nightmares because she often got famous with names that were not the same. A particular incident led her into trouble when she addressed the famous gamer FaZe Jen as Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. Following the incident, she became the subject of many memes. There was also public outrage against her. FaZe Jen has praised her for posting an apology video.
